Privacy Policy
Last updated: 01 January 2026
This policy explains what personal data Cammino Limited, trading as Corporate Walks ("we", "us", "our"), collects and holds; why and how we collect it, what we do with it and how long we keep it for. It also explains your rights in relation to your personal information.
Corporate Walks is the Data Controller for the personal data described in this policy — we decide the purposes for which your data is processed. We comply with the principles of data protection set out in the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018, and will be lawful, fair and transparent in our use of your personal data.
1. What personal data we collect
We only collect data that is necessary to provide our services and answer your enquiries. CLIENT: list what's actually collected — e.g. names, email addresses, postal addresses, telephone numbers and, where you buy directly from us, payment details.
We do not knowingly collect data from, or market to, children under 18.
2. How we collect and use your data
We collect personal data when you:
- CLIENT: buy from or work with us, whether on this website or by phone or email
- contact us with an enquiry, whether by phone, email or a form on this website, or
- browse this website.
CLIENT: Orders / bookings (delete if not applicable)
CLIENT: describe the booking/ordering system, what it collects and who processes payments on the client's behalf (we never store full card details ourselves).
Enquiries
If you contact us by phone or email, we hold the details of your enquiry and correspondence for as long as needed to answer it and to keep a record of our dealings with you.
Google Analytics
Google Analytics uses cookies to help us understand how this website is used — for example, which pages are visited and how visitors found the site. See our Cookie Policy for more on the cookies this site uses and how to manage them.
3. Legal basis for processing
We rely on the following legal bases to process your personal data:
- Performance of a contract — to provide the products or services you've asked for
- Legitimate interests — to run and manage our business, respond to enquiries, and keep the website secure and working properly, and
- Legal obligations — where processing is required by law, for example for tax or accounting purposes.
Where we rely on your consent, such as for non-essential cookies, you can withdraw that consent at any time.
4. Who we share your data with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only where necessary with:
- CLIENT: our payment provider, to process card payments
- CLIENT: any suppliers who help deliver our services to you
- Google, via Google Analytics, in anonymised, aggregated form (see our Cookie Policy), and
- HMRC, our accountant and other parties where required to meet our legal or financial obligations.
All third parties we share data with are expected to handle it lawfully and securely.
5. Where your data is held
CLIENT: customer data is held within our business systems and records. Data relating to enquiries is kept within our email system. Where we use cloud-based tools to run our business, data is stored with reputable providers using appropriate security measures.
6. How long we keep your data
We keep customer data for as long as needed to deliver our services, deal with any follow-up queries, and meet our legal and accounting obligations — HMRC requires us to keep financial records for up to 7 years.
Enquiry correspondence that doesn't lead to an order is kept for as long as reasonably needed to answer it, and is deleted or anonymised when no longer required.
7. How we keep your data safe
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so while we do our best to protect your information, we can't guarantee its absolute security.
8. Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
- ask us what personal data we hold about you and request a copy of it
- ask us to correct inaccurate data
- ask us to erase your data, where we're not required to keep it for legal or accounting reasons
- object to, or ask us to restrict, how we use your data, and
- withdraw any consent you've given us at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the details below. We will respond to any request within 30 days.
9. The Information Commissioner's Office
The ICO is the UK's independent supervisory authority for data protection. If you have a concern about how we've handled your personal data, you're welcome to contact us first, or you can raise it directly with the ICO at www.ico.org.uk.

Our website may include links to third-party websites. This privacy policy applies only to this website. We have no control over, and are not responsible for, the privacy practices of any third-party site — please check their own privacy policy before providing any personal data.
